Russell Tobin, a minority-owned staffing firm is looking to engage with senior level candidates with a track record of building recruiting practices. We are looking to hire a leader who will help grow our local footprint in New York, NY. From identifying and originating new client prospects and expanding on our existing client relationships to hiring, training and developing a full desk recruiting team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n

\n
• This role will help to architect and scale different Practices.
\n
• You must be able to lead by example and demonstrate ability to generate new clients, service existing clients, manage overall delivery for applicable accounts.
\n
• Hire, train, and develop new talent for this team. You will be given autonomy to identify your own strategic hires. Essentially, you are the GM for your own team.
\n
• Work with Russell Tobin Leadership to develop and implement best practices for recruiting and business development in this sector.
\n
• Manage employee performance and development relating to financial performance and cultural growth.
\n
• Set team targets, drive towards goals and maintain accountability for revenue, gross profit and net profit growth for the office.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree
\n
• Leadership/management experience.
\n
• Strong moral compass.
\n
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
\n
• Ability to establish personal credibility and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
\n
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively
\n
• Ability to operate in a deadline driven environment and adapt to changes in procedures, policies and practices
\n
• Ability to work well in an open team environment and with local and remote colleagues
\n

• Onsite in our Charlotte, NC Office
\n
• $60,000 - $75,000
