Senior Policy Analyst

Supporting the DHA Disability Evaluation System, the fully remote Senior Policy Analyst will lead policy analysis, regulatory research, quality assurance, and policy development while making recommendations related to DoD, Military Department, and VA requirements. Key responsibilities Lead DES policy analysis and regulatory research to ensure compliance with DoD and VA requirements Oversee quality assurance processes and develop policy recommendations based on findings Manage and analyze data using databases, reports, and statistical tools to support decision-making Required qualifications 5+ years of experience supervising or overseeing large groups of personnel Bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, public administration, business administration, or a related field Active PMP or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification Experience with quality assurance, policy planning, technical support, and legislative support Ability to successfully complete the required DHA Tier 1 background investigation Virtual Vocations Inc
