Requirements and Desired Qualifications:

• Valid license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Experience working in schools, pediatric settings, or similar environments preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation is a plus.
• Commitment to evidence-based and student-centered care.
• Ability to engage collaboratively with educators, families, and other professionals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students and contribute to IEP planning.
• Provide direct PT services to students with varying physical and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy interventions and activities.
• Monitor, document, and report student progress effectively.
• Consult with faculty and families to support each student’s goals.
• Educate school staff on accommodations, safe mobility, and inclusion in classroom settings.
• Adapt plans and recommendations as needed throughout the academic year.
