This role oversees the execution of our service contracts, partners with company leadership to develop and refine operational processes for new and existing clients, and holds the team to clear performance and output standards.Strong communication skills are essential: the Branch Supervisor ensures the company's vision and priorities reach every level of the team accurately and on time. A focus on operational efficiency, team development, and culture-building is critical to retaining and motivating staff. Occasional evening and/or weekend availability is required.Compensation: $62,000$67,000 annually, depending on experience, plus paid overtime.Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays; paid time off.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport, mentor, hire, and motivate the operations teamImprove processes to maximize operational efficiencyBuild weekly employee schedules based on operational needsEstablish clear performance expectations, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvementProvide ongoing feedback to support individual, team, and facility growthPartner with operations leadership to develop and execute strategies for continuous performance improvementUnderstand client requirements to effectively prioritize and allocate team and facility resourcesOversee employee and facility safety, quality, and productivity; identify and correct unsafe conditions and behaviors while recognizing strong safety performanceQuickly assess performance and capability gaps, take corrective action to mitigate risk, and maintain contingency plansEstablish and maintain standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance practices for equipmentCommunicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing, across all levels of the organizationKeep leadership informed of progress, plans, and issues affecting productionLead regular team meetings that encourage open communication and collaborative problem-solvingTroubleshoot effectively under pressureShare daily operational plans with team members and leadershipWork alongside the operations team on reusables processing, sanitation, and logistics procedures as neededIdeal Candidate Profile4+ years of operations or production experienceA track record of meeting or exceeding departmental performance goalsFamiliarity with the structures and processes behind successful service operationsA strong understanding of team dynamics, with the ability to hire, promote, train, and support a diverse teamWillingness to work alongside the team to build expertise in our procedures and support KPI and revenue goalsExcellent communication skills across all stakeholders team members, management, and clientsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsWillingness to become certified and operate heavy equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) if not already certified
