We're currently hiring for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our collaborative interdisciplinary team and provide care across a variety of settings, including independent living, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with residents while working in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence, innovation, and professional growth.

Job Summary: SLP shall screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician.
Qualifications
Education and Licensure:
- Must have a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (CCC) Certification or CFY seeking CCC Certification
- Active state license required.
