- # Safety & Compliance Records SpecialistApplylocations: Indianapolis, INtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted 3 Days Agojob requisition id: JR103231**Job Description****Duties and Responsibilities:**Include but are not limited to:• Maintain and monitor DOT compliance records, including driver qualification files• Coordinate new hire and ongoing employee training initiatives, including Asmark trainings• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure DOT and OSHA compliance• Track and report training completion and compliance metrics• Stay current with federal and state DOT regulations and industry best practices• Support incident investigations and recommend corrective training actions• Process billing for safety related invoicing**Skills and Qualifications:**• Knowledge of DOT and OSHA regulations required• Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail• Experience in training coordination and compliance tracking• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities• Strong desire to work in a team environment with aspirations for future growth opportunities• High confidentiality position; must be trustworthy and operate with high integrity in allmatters• Proficiency in Asmark a plus**Physical Demands:**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
