Registered Nurse - Cath Lab Recovery

Role Overview Serve as a vital guardian of cardiac recovery by managing patients post-interventional procedures such as angioplasties, stenting, or structural repairs. Lead the immediate post-procedure care, ensuring hemodynamic stability, monitoring heart rhythms, and preventing complications at access sites. Interpret real-time data to adjust treatments, manage cardiac medications, and transition patients safely from procedures to recovery. Educate patients and families on long-term heart health and anticipate vascular or cardiac risks to intervene early. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Life Support (ALS) preferred. Knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, hemodynamic monitoring, and procedural care. Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills. Key Duties Manage post-procedural cardiac and vascular patient recovery. Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and access sites for complications. Interpret data and adjust medications accordingly.
