Job Title Purchasing Analyst Location Onsite - Portland, OR Base Pay Range $33.00/hr - $36.00/hr Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Administrative, Analyst, and Purchasing Key Responsibilities Support ERP/NetSuite efforts including data cleansing, vendor subsidiary management, training participation, and SOP/manual development. Assist post‑implementation with branch training on NetSuite purchasing and occasional travel for launch support. Manage centralized purchasing for assigned branches and handle ad‑hoc purchasing needs across departments. Contribute to SOP creation and expand centralized purchasing as additional branches transition. Support inventory initiatives including deadstock analysis, SKU rationalization, centralization efforts, seasonality and min/max review, and development of shrink metrics post‑implementation. Requires 2+ years purchasing/procurement experience, inventory analysis exposure, NetSuite familiarity, strong Excel/data skills, excellent communication, and a proactive, adaptable approach.
