Laboratory Operations Manager

Pay Range: $25hr - $30hr

Responsibilities:

• Act as the central intake and triage point for laboratory operational, technical, and administrative requests.
• Align stakeholders to ensure requests are properly scoped, prioritized, and executed.
• Drive structured conversations between lab teams, QA, IT, facilities, and safety stakeholders.
• Ensure lab operations support lab readiness, experiment execution, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee operational activities related to inventory, equipment readiness, documentation, and onboarding.
• Ensure GLP/GMP compliance, audit readiness, and traceability of lab processes.
• Support audits and inspections by coordinating documentation and stakeholder responses.
• Track risks, dependencies, and issues; proactively resolve or escalate as needed.
• Define and improve standard operating models and workflows across lab operations.
• Support onboarding and training strategies for new lab personnel and operational processes.
