Shift : 1st Shift (Mon -Fri/ 5:30am - 2:00pm)

Job Description

Quality Inspector

Responsibilities:

Learns and practices in-process product quality inspection requirements and techniques in compliance with standards and regulatory or customer requirements.
Uses various measuring devices, testing equipment, setups and prescribed specifications to accept or reject products.
Utilizes blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, drawings or inspection instructions.
Work as scheduled, on time and every day.

Qualifications:

Entry-level position requires the incumbent to learn, read, comprehend and perform a variety of inspection methods, techniques and documentation requirements per the trainer's instructions and travelers.
High School Degree (preferred).
Must be able to read, communicate and understand English per FAA requirements
Ability to read, understand blueprints and equipment manuals, and apply to work in-process inspection.
Certify visual acuity to standard, per regulations.
Strong math skills, attention to detail, self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountability.
Experience in manufacturing (preferred)
Use of inspection tools (preferred).
Hand eye coordination
Ability to retrieve jobs and move to next workstation
