Salary Range: $45,000–$60,000

Compensation will depend on experience and overall qualifications.

Required Skills & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree and/or 2+ years of relevant quality or manufacturing experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to perform dimensional measurements using a coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
• Ability to interpret quality standards, inspection requirements, and basic technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
• Automotive manufacturing experience
• IATF 16949 / TS 16949 experience
• Previous experience supporting quality inspections, audits, or corrective actions

Job Description

The Quality Coordinator supports day-to-day quality activities within the manufacturing operation to ensure products meet internal standards and customer requirements. This position works closely with production and quality teams to perform inspections and measurements, maintain quality documentation, identify potential issues, and support corrective actions.

The Quality Coordinator will assist with CMM measurements, quality checks, inspection processes, and documentation while helping ensure quality procedures are consistently followed throughout production.
