Healthcare Scheduler

Role: Patient-centered care coordinator responsible for staffing, scheduling, and communication within a healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: Promote company mission, vision, and values Ensure timely staffing and scheduling of field staff based on client preferences Follow up with staff, patients, families, and physicians regarding care reports and communications Maintain accurate client rosters Provide effective communication to clients, families, and healthcare professionals Participate in professional development and maintain competency Schedule caregivers to meet client needs Deliver concierge-level customer service to employees and clients Participate in on-call rotation Qualifications & Skills: At least 1 year of experience in a general office environment, healthcare experience preferred Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with computer and office technology Reliable transportation Experience with home care scheduling is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CARIN Alliance
