About Us:
On-Board Services, Incorporated is an on-site contract service provider for a local manufacturing entity providing full time positions to our employees. We offer benefits as well as 401k.

Position Details:
Position Type: Full Time/Contract
Job Location: Fairfield, Oh
Benefits: 401K, Dental insurance, Life Insurance, Medical Insurance, Vision Insurance
Compensation: $20.00
Shift: 1st Monday-Friday w/ OT

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming stock and materials
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)
Inspect products for defects and maintain precise inventory records
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment

Requirements

Strong English communication skills (reading and speaking)
Forklift experience preferred; onsite retraining provided for our equipment and documentation
Ability to lift, move, and stack products throughout the shift
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems a plus
Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screening
