Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active North Carolina PTA state license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Experience with ambulation training, therapeutic exercise, and ADL retraining preferred.
