Job Description Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy - Outpatient Location: Franklin Square, NY We create the opportunity — YOU make the impact. Key Responsibilities Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Conduct individualized treatment sessions, providing a patient‑centered focus and approach. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care. Maintain autonomy in clinical practice while supporting clinic productivity and documentation standards. Utilize ScribeIQ, an AI documentation tool, to reduce documentation time and spend more quality time with patients. Qualifications License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. Eagerness to grow & learn. Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard orthopaedics (sports, pelvic, vestibular, paediatric, neuro, geriatrics, etc.). Team player. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $90,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.) Bonus plan: up to $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually).
