We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing pediatric team. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team providing comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation services in a supportive and engaging environment. Our clinics offer physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), music therapy, feeding therapy, and social skills programming, allowing clinicians to collaborate across specialties and provide exceptional patient-centered care. Your Role Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and physical challenges Develop individualized plans of care and adjust interventions based on patient progress Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote functional independence and developmental success Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Deliver individualized treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist Support children and families through engaging, evidence-based therapeutic interventions For Both Roles Document patient progress accurately and timely Educate caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support continued progress Foster a positive, engaging, and child-centered therapy environment Collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver outstanding outcomes and exceptional patient experiences Requirements For Physical Therapists (PT) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification or willingness to obtain For Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure CPR certification or willingness to obtain Preferred Qualifications Experience treating the pediatric population is strongly preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams Benefits Competitive salary of $60,000-$100,000 annually Performance-based bonus opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Tuition loan reimbursement Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company-paid life insurance Additional voluntary benefits Workplace Experience & Perks Monday through Friday schedule with work-life balance Flexible scheduling opportunities Access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology Collaborative, multidisciplinary care environment Strong administrative support Professional growth and leadership development opportunities Employee recognition programs Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization H2 Health is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
