Job Title
Automotive Service Advisor
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their vehicle service needs.
Prepare work orders and explain recommended services and repairs clearly to customers.
Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repair.
Provide updates to customers throughout the service process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service orders.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic automotive knowledge is an advantage.
Proficient with computers and service department software.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
