Therapy Support Tech Positions

We're looking for two team members to serve as Therapy Support Techs (one team member in our Lewes Clinic and one team member in our Long Neck Clinic). This position is a great opportunity for an individual that is interested in supporting the work of pediatric therapists in a family-centered clinic setting!

What we are looking for in a Therapy Support Tech:

This position is ideal for someone looking for a part-time experience working within an interdisciplinary group of rehabilitation, education, and mental health professionals.

What You'll Be Responsible For...

Maintaining a personable, yet professional attitude
Working collaboratively with and among others
Adhering to a business-casual dress code
Being receptive to constructive feedback (we are all a work in progress)
Focusing on the self-care that you need to maintain your own health while helping to support the needs of others
Being punctual
Hours: Monday-Thursday 3-7PM (16 hours)
Being an extra para-hands for therapists during the hours of 3-7PM (our therapists will always be present to lead and provide direction/support)
Tidying/cleaning of treatment rooms prior to daily departure
