Job Summary

MEMCO Staffing is seeking experienced and dependable Water Truck Drivers / Construction Laborers for a temporary project in Mission, TX. This assignment is expected to last approximately one to two month and will support ongoing construction operations.

Candidates should have experience operating water trucks in a construction environment. Individuals must be safety-conscious, reliable, and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operate water trucks to control dust and maintain safe working conditions on the jobsite.
Safely operate gas-powered saws and other construction equipment as required.
Assist with general construction labor tasks and site preparation.
Follow all project safety guidelines and company procedures.
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
Support project crews with various duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

Previous experience operating water trucks on construction projects.
Valid driver's license required (CDL preferred but not required if operating equipment that does not require CDL licensing).
Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.

Schedule & Compensation

Temporary assignment lasting approximately 1 month.
Start Date: Mid-June 2026 (Tentatively June 15).
Hours and pay will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience.
