Woodcraft Furniture is a small, family-owned business established in 1977 that specializes in high-quality real wood home furnishings. Known for our ability to customize finishes, we offer a wide range of stains, paints, glazing techniques, and matching options to meet customer needs. We have our own finish shop at our Mason location for the custom finish projects! We pride ourselves on delivering personalized products that reflect our customers’ unique styles and preferences. We now offer sofas and decor for a one-stop for the whole home! We are also building an Interior Design company (The Story of You - Design Collective) for those who interested in Interior Design. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gahanna, OH, for a Sales & Design professional. In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product consultation, and help them design tailor-made furniture solutions. Responsibilities also include managing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additionally, you will support store operations and contribute to sales goals through effective collaboration with the team. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with a diverse range of clients. Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Knowledge of Training practices to develop and guide team members in achieving success. Passion for design, with attention to detail and ability to guide customers in product customization and aesthetic choices. Familiarity with furniture or home décor industries is a plus. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
