Our agency has proudly served the community for 35 years, led by Jiman experienced and community-focused agent. We're a close, supportive team of four full-time and one part-time member who genuinely enjoy working together and celebrating each other's goals and milestones. Role Description

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Ledbetter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
