Essential Duties and Responsibilities Ensures customers are serviced to the highest level of satisfaction through quality service and meets expectations prior to leaving the jobsite. Conducts installation, modifications, and repairs of fire sprinkler systems. Installs new sprinkler systems with understanding of plan symbols and construction terminology. Identifies code violations and other non‑compliant issues and recommends solutions. Possesses knowledge in tenant improvement of existing buildings, office space build‑out to new layout, and relocation/addition of sprinklers to new office layouts. Performs ladder work and scissor lifting. Interacts professionally with customers, building engineers, property managers, and acts as an efficient team member within the department. Uses a company‑provided service vehicle for work (if applicable) and keeps it well maintained, clean, and organized with a complete inventory of tools and supplies. Demonstrates excellent communication skills to receive and convey information clearly and effectively at all levels of the TEC organization. Helps to identify continuous improvement solutions to promote efficiency. Adheres to all company employment policies and safe practices and safety measures related to work. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience / Training / Education High School Diploma 3+ years of experience in this respective field Knowledge of NFPA 13, 25, and NC/SC Fire Code Safety training specific to the role Job Type Full‑time, on‑site, Monday – Friday 40 hours a week Benefits Competitive Pay : Compensation tailored to your experience and expertise.
