Product Marketing Manager

The Senior Global Product Marketing Manager – Digital will lead and support the global go-to-market strategy for Resmed’s provider-focused digital diagnostic solutions. This role anchors the global go-to-market, pricing, positioning, and deployment efforts for provider diagnostic digital solutions, ensuring that they land successfully in market, scale adoption, and integrate seamlessly into the broader Resmed ecosystem of hardware, provider platforms, and consumer experiences. As a Global Sr. PMM, this person will bring deep customer insight, commercial fluency, and cross‑functional leadership to influence product direction and drive business impact across geographies. They collaborate closely with hardware PMMs, digital PMMs, regional marketing teams, and Product Management to ensure every launch and iteration delivers value for providers, partners, and patients. Product & Portfolio Ownership (Somnoware) Serve as the primary Product Marketing owner for Somnoware, accountable for positioning, segmentation, value prop, and lifecycle optimization. Deeply understand Somnoware diagnostic workflows, referral dynamics, customer needs, and market drivers. Translate customer and market insights into clear upstream feedback for Product Management and leadership. Act as a diagnostics subject‑matter expert across Product Marketing, supporting integration into portfolio‑level narratives where appropriate. Guide change‑management considerations for workflow‑altering Somnoware releases. Go‑to‑Market Leadership & Execution Lead end‑to‑end GTM strategy and execution for Somnoware launches, expansions, and major feature releases. Apply global GTM frameworks while tailoring execution to the unique realities of diagnostics and referral‑based services. Ensure launch readiness across sales enablement, messaging, training, and adoption planning. Serve as PMM lead for high‑priority diagnostics initiatives that span Product, Revenue, and Marketing functions. Strategic Market Insight & Influence Act as a diagnostics market expert; synthesizing provider, referrer, competitive, and regulatory insights. Identify emerging trends in diagnostics and referral pathways, advising leadership on implications. Shape Somnoware strategy by grounding roadmap and GTM decisions in real market behavior, not assumptions. Cross‑Functional Leadership Partner closely with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Legal/Compliance, and Revenue teams to drive aligned execution. Lead cross‑functional GTM workstreams when needed, creating clarity across dependencies and ownership. Represent Product Marketing in diagnostics‑related forums and planning cycles. Storytelling & Enablement Excellence Partner with Marketing to develop clear, compelling Somnoware narratives that articulate diagnostic value within the broader care pathway. Create high‑quality enablement assets that scale across sales and commercial teams. Guide how Somnoware is positioned relative to adjacent Resmed solutions without diluting its core value. Performance Optimization Define and track success metrics for Somnoware launches and in‑market performance. Lead retrospectives and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen future execution. Share learnings and best practices to elevate diagnostics GTM capability across PMM. Ideal Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. 7–10+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or commercial roles. Experience supporting and scaling healthcare / digital health businesses. Strong understanding of healthcare services, diagnostics, interoperability, digital health, or workflow‑driven solutions. Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and build clarity in fast‑moving environments. Exceptional collaborator with influence across senior, cross‑functional stakeholders. Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
