Job Description

Picture your day in a modern Mayville, Wisconsin facility where your certified skills keep production moving. You arrive Monday–Thursday, gear up, review blueprints, and move between MIG, spot, and robotic welding cells to complete precision welds. You dial in parameters, verify setups for production, and document your work—then cap the day by prepping for tomorrow’s run.

Role Snapshot

Direct hire position in Mayville, Wisconsin
Hands-on welding across MIG, spot, and robotic processes
Set up equipment for efficient production and quality results
Interpret and work from blueprints with accuracy

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: Up to $30+/hour

1st shift Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm
2nd shift Monday-Thursday 3p-1am

What You Bring

3+ years of welding experience
Welding certification (must be certified)
Ability to pass a weld test
Proficiency with welding setups for production and blueprint reading
