Proficient in infrastructure, security, software development, database management systems, and systems integration. Develops using agile processes and common technology stacks.You will be the Software Engineering Manager for the Engineering & Technology (E&T) team. Our team is responsible for delivering end‑to‑end software solutions, from requirements analysis through verification, in a fast‑paced, Agile environment.What You Will Be DoingAs the Software Engineering Manager you will lead full‑stack development, guide technical strategy, and champion best‑in‑class engineering practices.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Direct full‑stack application development and oversee the software lifecycle (requirements, design, code, test, integration, verification).Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing technical coaching, career development, and performance feedback.Plan, coordinate, and execute software development activities while ensuring alignment with engineering standards and processes.Drive recruitment, selection, and training initiatives; oversee performance assessments, salary planning, and competency development.Partner with program leadership and customers to ensure program requirements are met, maintain engineering rigor, and act as the technical conscience for the program.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.Basic Qualifications• Ability to obtain Interim Secret security clearance to start.
