Facilities Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician will support the upkeep, repair, and safe operation of facility's HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Service and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain air lines, exhaust fans, compressors, pumps, security doors, water softeners, pressure vessels, hydraulic systems, and emergency generators.
- Work on chillers, air dryers, heat pumps, ice machines, cooling towers, boilers, air handlers, VAV boxes, walk-in coolers/freezers, split systems, high volume air systems, and pneumatic/electronic controls.
- Operate and maintain chilled water air handling systems.
- Support vacuum pump and steam condensate system operations.
- Perform snow removal as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with facility staff.
Essential Skills:
- Strong HVAC, electrical, and plumbing troubleshooting ability.
- EPA Certification.
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfortable working from ladders, lifts, and platforms.
- Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of facilities maintenance or HVAC experience.
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Hands-on experience with preventative maintenance, installation, and repair of HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.

Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $38.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
