Strategic Projects Lead

About the Role

Join an early-stage applied AI team working at the intersection of strategy operations and research. As Strategic Projects Lead you will partner with company leadership and help deliver initiatives that advance AI training data and support the teams growth.

What Youll Do

• Partner with AI labs to develop datasets that support model capabilities and commercial projects.
• Coordinate domain experts across finance software engineering and the sciences.
• Work with researchers to plan and execute AI experiments and product initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
• Support day-to-day operations and help teams maintain momentum.

What Were Looking For

• Two to five years of experience in operations strategy product management or a startup operating role.
• A track record of executing hands-on projects end to end.
• A technical foundation such as engineering studies or relevant engineering internship experience.
• Strong communication leadership and client management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• High ownership initiative and interest in artificial intelligence and fast-moving teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $110000 to $150000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

This is an on-site role based in Los Angeles California with an expectation of working in the office five days per week.
