The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader helping run daily operations while developing and supporting your team.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading shifts and keeping operations running smoothly

• Coaching, training, and developing team members

• Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate guest service

• Maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness

• Assisting with inventory, ordering, and organization

• Jumping in to solve problems and support the team when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of leadership experience (restaurant preferred)

• A leader who works alongside their team—not just directs

• Strong communication and organization skills

• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and genuine care for guests and team

Schedule Expectations

Our managers typically work within a set window of 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM, depending on the shift.

That means:

• No overnight shifts

• No 4–5 AM openings

• No late-night closes
