Program Specialist – Booster Booster is a mission‑driven school fundraising company focused on cultivating virtuous leaders. The Program Specialist will be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses, helping schools reach fundraising goals, delivering engaging student experiences, and creating a positive impact. Responsibilities Teach and present a character‑based curriculum to students. Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser. Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school. Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators. Model fitness, leadership, and character as part of a team. Qualifications Excellent communication skills to connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff. Positive, optimistic, and enthusiastic attitude. Growth mindset, continual desire to learn and grow personally and professionally. Good judgment, self‑awareness, and emotional intelligence. Outcome‑oriented, hardworking, and efficient. Enthusiastic and energetic. Additional Requirements Licensed driver with reliable transportation. Pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check. Able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day. Full‑day availability (7:00am–4:00pm) on scheduled workdays. Benefits Compensation: $18 per hour, non‑exempt.
