Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong engineering and mechanical design background to lead multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in project planning, scheduling, resource management, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and engineering design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and monitor engineering project activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead technical discussions, project meetings, and status reviews with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support effort estimation, resource planning, budget tracking, and project reporting.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, schedule, and technical requirements.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and project deliverables as needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering, quality, and industry standards.
• Mentor team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage projects from concept through final delivery.

Required Skills

• 7 10 years of experience in engineering project management or mechanical design.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design, 3D modeling, and 2D drafting.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, engineering drawing interpretation, and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Knowledge of DFMA principles and material selection.
• Experience with BOMs, engineering documentation, and configuration management.
• Understanding of ASME, ISO, ANSI, and industry engineering standards.
• Experience with PLM/PDM systems and change management processes.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, resource, and risk management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Jira, or similar project management tools.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, customer communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with project estimation, budget tracking, and performance reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
