We’re looking for a friendly, organized Scheduling Coordinator to join our pediatric outpatient therapy clinic! In this role, you’ll help families coordinate appointments and keep our daily schedule running smoothly.

You’ll work alongside two other scheduling coordinators as part of a three-person team, with coworkers to share responsibilities and provide support.

What You’ll Do

Schedule appointments and manage cancellations and rescheduling.

Answer calls and respond to scheduling questions with warmth and professionalism.

Communicate with families and therapists about appointment availability and schedule changes.

Help fill openings and maintain an accurate, organized schedule.

Keep patient information confidential.

Collaborate with the scheduling team to support daily clinic operations.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Friendly, clear communication and a patient, helpful attitude.

The ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust when schedules change.

Comfort using computers and learning scheduling software.

Dependability and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Previous scheduling, customer service, or medical office experience is a plus.

This is a full time 40 hour position working Tuesday through Friday from 7:45am to 6:45pm, with an hour lunch.

Pay will start out at $16/hr and will increase to $17/hr after a 60 day probationary period. Employees receive a 3% raise on their yearly work anniversary. Admin staff are also eligible for weekly bonuses based on performance.
