JSR Hospitality in Fairfield, CA is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Agent to join our full-time team! Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional check-in experience

Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS)

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach

Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction

Handle cash transactions, credit card processing, and end-of-shift reconciliation

Provide local area recommendations and assist guests with directions and accommodations needs

Requirements:

Prior front desk, hotel, or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude

Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus

Basic math skills and experience handling cash and payment processing

Professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy front desk environment
