About This Role Private preschool is currently hiring for a GA Lottery Prek-4 Lead Teacher. The successful candidate will be innovative, creative, and passionate about early education. The Lead Teacher will play a vital role in the success of our 4-year-old students. In preparation for kindergarten, they will implement a program focusing on children's social/emotional, cognitive, and physical development. The successful candidate will create a calm, safe, and warm environment for children. The teacher must engage in positive interactions and communicate effectively with students, team members, and administration. What You'll Do Abide by the school's policies and procedures Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of students Use Georgia Early Learning Development Standards to create lesson plans Utilize Creative Curriculum Engage in age-appropriate activities Manage cleanliness of classroom and environment Maintain health and safety of students Promote children's executive function skills Adhere to all Bright from the Start and Quality Rated rules Use positive discipline and reinforcement to manage behavior Communicate effectively with children, team members, and administration Encourage and aid in the development of children's self-help skills Participate in professional development Maintain a professional demeanor and decorum Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or an Unrelated Field along with a CDA or TCC.
