What You’ll Do

• Review charts and data reports submitted by nurse practitioners
• Ensure compliance with health plan reporting standards
• Communicate via email with nurse practitioners and internal team
• Provide oversight for health risk assessments and data reporting
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up as needed
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth workflow

What You Need

Required:

• Valid medical license in Mississippi
• Experience in physician chart review or health risk assessments
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Preferred:

• Prior experience in oversight or administrative roles
• Knowledge of health plan reporting requirements
