Investment Banking Analyst/Associate/VP - Consumer

We're partnering with a leading investment bank looking to strengthen its Consumer team with talented professionals at Analyst, Associate, and Vice President level.
This is an opportunity to work on high-profile M&A, strategic advisory, and capital markets transactions for some of the most exciting consumer businesses in the market.
What You'll Be Doing
- Advising clients across the consumer sector on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic transactions.
- Building complex financial models, valuation analyses, and client presentations.
- Supporting the execution of live transactions from pitch through to completion.
- Developing deep sector knowledge and building trusted relationships with clients.
- Collaborating with senior bankers on business development opportunities
We're Looking For
- Investment banking experience at Analyst, Associate, or VP level.
- Exposure to M&A, ECM/DCM, or broader corporate finance transactions.
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
- A genuine interest in the consumer sector and the trends driving its evolution.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ambitious individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
