Trade/Transaction Analyst

Job Title

This position requires an individual to work in an office setting from 9:00am to 6:00pm, performing a variety of tasks related to the management and transfer of physical securities.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include:

• Performing transfers and replacements of physical securities.
• Reviewing submitted documents for transfer requests to ensure completeness and proper execution.
• Responding to customer inquiries via email or phone promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory obligations, including SEC regulations.
• Handling time-critical, complex, and often regulated tasks involving internal and external parties.
• Reviewing internal recordkeeping systems for security principal payments, exchanges, transfers, reregistrations, and replacements.
• Managing ad-hoc projects such as user access testing, production verification testing, and process improvement evaluation and implementation.
