Senior Escrow Officer

MHW Search has exclusively partnered with a reputable title company with locations across Dallas. We are hiring professionals with expertise in Commercial or Residential or both transaction types. This person will get up to 10% on commissions + base salary. This individual will be responsible for managing real estate transactions from contract through closing while delivering exceptional service to clients, lenders, agents, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction. The ideal candidate has extensive escrow experience, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a high-volume pipeline of transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage real estate transactions from contract receipt through closing, funding, and disbursement Serve as the primary point of contact for buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, brokers, and internal teams Review contracts, title commitments, closing instructions, settlement statements, loan documents, and related closing materials Coordinate with title examiners, underwriters, lenders, attorneys, surveyors, and escrow support teams to ensure timely closings Identify and resolve title issues, lien matters, escrow conditions, and other closing-related items Prepare and review closing statements, escrow instructions, funding packages, and disbursement documentation Ensure all underwriting, lender, title, and compliance requirements are satisfied prior to closing Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and exceptional customer service Conduct closings professionally and ensure all parties remain informed throughout the transaction Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners, lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals Support business development efforts by providing outstanding service that generates repeat business and referrals Ideal Candidate Profile 7+ years of escrow experience in Commercial, Residential, or both Demonstrated ability to independently manage transactions from contract through closing Strong knowledge of title, escrow, funding, disbursement, and closing procedures Commercial candidates should have experience with purchase and sale transactions, refinances, construction loans, development transactions, and other complex commercial closings Residential candidates should have experience handling resale, refinance, builder, and lender transactions while maintaining excellent customer service Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple active files and meet deadlines Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented with the ability to proactively identify and resolve closing issues Professional, client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering a seamless closing experience Texas title and escrow experience strongly preferred Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities based on experience and production Join a respected and growing title company with multiple office locations throughout DFW Strong operational, escrow, underwriting, and administrative support Opportunity to work with an established client base and continue growing your book of business Long-term career opportunity with a stable organization that values experienced escrow professionals #J-18808-Ljbffr MHW Search
