You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while driving revenue through strategic business development and successful placements. --- Key Responsibilities * Own the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing talent * Generate revenue through contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements * Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterlyrevenue targets * Utilize CRM/ATS systems to track activity, pipeline, and performance metrics * Stay current on market trends, talent availability, and ai technology * Provide consultative guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process --- Qualifications * 0-2years of experience in staffing, recruiting,sales, retail, or restaurant (server/bartender)environment * Experience speaking with customers, vendors, etc. either face to face or over the phone * Ability to thrive in a high-energy, metrics-driven setting * Proficiency/knowledge ofsourcing platforms (Indeed, AI Tools, job boards, etc.) * Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel --- Compensation & Benefits * Competitive base salary plus commission from day 1! * High earning potential based on placements and revenue generation * Performance bonuses and incentives * Health, dental, and vision benefits * Paid time off and holidays INDSJ #zr
