Near Riverside, California Are you looking for a school-based role where your work truly makes an impact every day? Soliant is partnering with a supportive and welcoming school district near Riverside, CA. to hire a passionate Occupational Therapist for the upcoming school year. Position Overview • Full-time and part-time opportunities available
• Onsite role within a collaborative school environment
• Caseload: K-12 students with a variety of developmental and functional needs
• Opportunity to work alongside educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct occupational therapy services and monitor student progress
• Support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement effective classroom strategies and accommodations
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning Compensation & Benefits • Weekly pay equating to roughly $45-$55 per hour based on school budget and experience
• Guaranteed hours for consistency and stability
• Compensation for both direct and indirect services
• Comprehensive benefits package including:

o Professional liability insurance Qualifications • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Active California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
