What You'll Be Doing Develop new business and expand relationships with manufacturers, OEMs, and industrial customers. Identify opportunities to sell industrial automation, sensor technology, and technical solutions. Build relationships with engineering, operations, maintenance, and manufacturing decision-makers. Strategically manage your territory, identify high-potential accounts, and drive revenue growth. Understand customer challenges and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver the right solutions. Manage your sales pipeline, opportunities, and forecasts through CRM. What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience, ideally in a technical or industrial environment. Proven ability to prospect, develop new accounts, and achieve sales targets. Experience selling directly to end users and building lasting customer relationships. Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills. A self-motivated, strategic thinker who enjoys both hunting new business and growing existing accounts. Comfortable using CRM systems and managing sales activity independently. Big Plus If You Have Experience With: Industrial automation or manufacturing technology Sensors, controls, robotics, or machine vision Capital equipment or technical solutions sales Selling into automotive or other manufacturing facilities Don't check every box?
