Quality Control Analyst (Multiple Openings)

Position Summary The QC Analyst will be based in Framingham, MA, and will conduct in‑process, final release, raw material, stability, environmental monitoring, and microbiological testing of novel drug therapies in a GMP environment. The role supports analytical method implementation, transfer, and validation projects to meet business and clinical needs. Responsibilities Implement and validate analytical methods for the Framingham facility. Perform routine in‑process, final release, stability, raw material, environmental monitoring, and microbiological testing of CRISPR‑based products. Write and/or revise SOPs, test methods, protocols, and reports. Support QC investigations, OOS, deviations, CAPA implementation, and change controls. Use the Laboratory Information Management System to complete data packets for review by senior members. Perform other related duties based on business needs. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific area with 3–5 years of industry experience. Hands‑on experience with at least one of the following techniques: flow cytometry, PCR, UPLC chromatography. Excellent communication skills, technical writing ability, and strong attention to detail. Good time‑management skills and ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cell culture, aseptic techniques, raw material testing, and/or chromatography. Competencies Collaborative – openness, one team. Compensation and Benefits The base pay range for this role is $93,000 to $103,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits. The actual amount will be based on job‑related and non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, training, skills, and abilities.
