Bartender

About the Role:

Fudale Tavern Inc is looking for an energetic and personable Bartender to join our team in Rocky River, OH! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your craft behind the bar and create memorable experiences for our guests in a welcoming tavern atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant guests

Greet customers, take drink and food orders, and provide exceptional customer service

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area throughout each shift

Process payments accurately using a POS system and handle cash transactions

Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible serving guidelines

Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth, efficient service

Assist with bar inventory, restocking, and opening/closing duties

Requirements:

Previous bartending or bar service experience preferred

Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits

Must meet Ohio minimum age requirement to serve alcohol (21+)

TIPS or ServSafe alcohol certification is a plus

Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
