Traveler will be required to float to all campuses including Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran Hospital & Methodist West Hospital within pertinent skillset/Unit they are contracted for.

2+ years recent Med Surg experience (recent = a combined 2 years within the last 4 years, at least)
travel experience required
experience in majority of care aspects
Client prefers that the Clinicians do not take more than 7 days off in a 13 week contract.

This experienced group of surgeons was the first in the state of Iowa to perform a total knee replacement. The Orthopaedic Center of Excellence at Methodist West and Iowa Methodist perform more orthopaedic surgeries in Iowa than any other hospital system.


The 12-bed maternity center includes private labor, delivery, recovery and postpartum rooms, allowing mothers to stay in one room for the duration of their stay. There is also a newborn nursery with one continuing care neonatal bed. Offering experienced staff and 24/7 on-staff neonatal support in partnership with Blank Children's Hospital.


Methodist West was the first and only hospital in Central Iowa to employ Patient Care Facilitators.
The surgery department contains 14 private, pre-operative rooms, six leading edge operating rooms and an endoscopy suite.
