Compassus seeks a Hospice RN Case Manager in Colorado Springs on a part-time, PRN basis to coordinate home-based palliative care for patients and families. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team to manage cases with compassion and expertise, ensuring comfort and dignity at home. The role requires an active RN license in the state, at least two years of RN experience (hospice preferred), a current driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.
