Hiring: Supply Chain Management Data Lead Systems Analyst Principal

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Data Lead Systems Analyst Principal to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA business and technology transformation program. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in modernizing Supply Chain operations, driving data governance, and enabling enterprise-wide process standardization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Supply Chain master data governance, data quality, and data migration initiatives.
- Drive data profiling, cleansing, conversion, retention, and archiving strategies.
- Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation and modernization efforts.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define and implement data standards and governance processes.
- Ensure data readiness for reporting, analytics, and future-state Supply Chain operations.
- Provide expertise across Material Master, Vendor Master, Source Lists, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve business processes and data integrity.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain, Data Governance, Data Management, or related fields.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Proven experience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration or transformation programs.
- Expertise in master data governance, data quality management, and data conversion.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, Icertis, or SAP IBP.
- Experience supporting reporting and analytics initiatives.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Experience leveraging AI/LLM technologies for business insights and data analytics.
