Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival
2. Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar
3. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation
4. Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any needs or concerns
5. Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
7. Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and proper serving techniques
• Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
