Sr UI & Graphic Designer (Marketing / Landing Pages)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI & Graphic Designer to design visually compelling, high-converting digital product and marketing content across our website and application ecosystems. Sitting at the intersection of conversion-driven marketing and technical layout design, this hands-on creative role focuses on building digital experiences that engage audiences, support brand strategy, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is a Figma expert who excels at creating responsive landing pages, digital display ads, and email campaigns. This is a dedicated visual and layout design role; front-end coding or development is not required.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conversion-Focused Design: Lead the end-to-end visual design of high-performing, standalone marketing landing pages, responsive campaign sites, and digital assets.
• Digital Campaign Asset Creation: Design cohesive, on-brand digital marketing collateral, including display ads, social media graphics, and promotional email templates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with writers, producers, and strategists to translate creative briefs and campaign objectives into high-fidelity visual outputs.
• Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze user engagement data, digital brand metrics, and usability testing results to make informed design revisions that optimize conversion rates.
• Design System Compliance: Utilize and actively contribute to the evolution of established AT&T design systems and style guides to ensure consistent typography, language, and layout across all digital touchpoints.
• Technical Alignment: Partner with technology and brand compliance teams to align layouts with technical specifications, responsive design principles, and digital accessibility standards.

Core Competencies & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline.
• Experience: 3+ years of related professional digital design experience. In-house corporate or advertising agency experience is highly preferred.
• Technical Toolkit: Expert proficiency with modern design tools, specifically Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
• Portfolio: A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating proven experience in executing responsive websites, landing pages, digital marketing campaigns, and ad templates.
• Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of consumer- and business-audience needs, digital brand experience, and user-focused design thinking.
• Accessibility Standards: Comprehensive understanding of digital accessibility standards (WCAG) and how to implement them within visual layouts.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present creative concepts and design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Industry Context: Prior experience or background within telecommunications, technology, or a similarly complex, fast-paced industry is considered a strong asset.
• Project Management: Familiarity with Workfront or similar enterprise-grade project management tools.
