New Restaurant Expeditor OpportunityBass Pro Shops is opening a brand-new restaurant right inside our store and we're looking to hire our staff who love great food, good company and making every guest feel right at home.Position Summary:The restaurant expeditor ensures quality and proper presentation of food in a timely manner; that food orders are prepared and assembled quickly according to recipes and procedures; and that the line is always stocked, neat, clean and safe.Position Responsibility:Timeliness- Ensures kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and sent out together by directing servers and/or food runners to deliver and complete the ordersRecipe Adherence- Ensures proper presentation of each plate and the appropriate temperatureCleanliness- Maintain the kitchen and all of its equipment to a like new conditionEfficient pace- Brisk and steady, organized, no unnecessary stepsProductivity is measured, not only by the quality of what you do, but by the quantity of work you complete in a specific time periodCapable to handle multiple tasks and balance fluctuating workload; organizational skills are a mustThinking ahead; stock supplies before any rush or eventAbility to work and communicate well with othersAttention to detail and ability to take initiativeMust have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to the Restaurant Division standartsSafe food handling and safety is a top priorityEducation / Qualifications:Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
