Vice President, Human Resources
Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to lead the people function for a multi-site, multi-state healthcare organization. This fully remote role will partner with senior leadership while driving HR strategy, compliance, talent initiatives, and operational excellence across a geographically dispersed workforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare workforce dynamics, regulatory requirements, and employee relations in a complex operating environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven HR executive leadership experience within a multi-site, multi-state organization, including oversight of core HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, and compliance.
- Strong healthcare or other highly regulated industry experience, with the ability to navigate complex compliance environments.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational change, process improvement initiatives, and HR technology or operational transformation efforts.
- Expertise in employment law, workforce compliance, performance management, and building scalable people processes across diverse locations.
- Collaborative, self-directed leadership style with the ability to influence executives, develop high-performing teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation: $210-225k base, bonus opportunity, and comprehensive benefits
