Entry Level Service Tech

SHIFT: Day shift, 8am-5PM

WAGES: $22-23.90/hour + Per diem and hotel accommodations are covered when traveling.

 SCREENING: drug screen, bac kground and clean driving record

DURATION: Contract to hire, not a temporary job

Candidates must be able to communicate in English.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated entry level Service Technician to travel to and from commercial buildings and businesses to replace air filters at large commercial facilities. This role requires of a candidate that has a good mechanical aptitude and the ability to work on roofs, in attics, and throughout various commercial facilities. You will need to climb ladders and have a clean driving record for the past three years.

 

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from commercial buildings and businesses to replace air filters.
• Work on roofs, in attics, and throughout commercial facilities.
• Climb ladders as needed to complete tasks.
• Drive approximately 40% of the time across regions including Salt Lake, Reno, Tahoe, Boise, Eastern Idaho, California, and Wyoming.
• Make basic repairs and maintenance at client's sites at different locations, typically involving multiple stops in a day.

Essential Skills

• Solid mechanical aptitude and basic electronics and electrical.
• Experience in mechanical, service, and construction fields.
• Ability to work in various environments, including roofs and attics.
• Clean driving record for the past three years.

Work Environment

You will be traveling frequently, with about 40% of your time spent driving to various locations. The work involves being on roofs, in attics, and in other commercial facility environments. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $22.00/hr.
